Family Business Review published a study of M. Stasa and O. Machek

The study entitled Social Capital in the Family Business Literature: A Systematic Review and Future Research Agenda addresses the topic of social capital in family firms. Based on 69 studies, the authors analyze the main findings, sampling and methodologies, theoretical approaches, definitions, and measurements of social capital in family firms. They also present how social capital is used as a model variable and present a conceptual framework of social capital in family firms. Subsequently, the authors identify the research gaps and develop research questions for further research.

Family Business Review (impact factor 7,575) is the leading journal devoted to family business. It is ranked in the first quartile of the research domain of “Business”.
